La Digue Island Lodge
Key Facts
Overview
Bordering Anse Reunion beach and sitting in an exotic Coconut Palm and Takamaka Tree garden with spectacular views of Praslin Island is La Digue Island Lodge.
The Lodge offers four diverse accommodation options: the two-storey Plantation Beach House has four family units, each with a master and second bedroom; the A-frame chalets, many of which are steps from the beach, are also well-suited to families; the Petit Village is tucked away in a quiet corner of the lush resort garden and each unit has a private veranda; whilst a renovated colonial home aptly named the Yellow House is a National Monument dating back to the 1900's and features nine quaint rooms.
The lodge’s casual main restaurant is noted for its fine authentic Creole cuisine, whilst the poolside restaurant serves a selection of lighter meals.
Other guest facilities include a games room, billiard table, reading room and swimming pool.
