The luxurious Hotel L'Archipel is located on Praslin, the biggest island in the Seychelles.

Air-conditioned rooms are set amidst coconut trees and exotic flowers, all facing the azure-blue Indian Ocean. There are three categories of accommodation: at entry-level twenty-three rooms (44sqm), three senior suites with larger lounges (65sqm) and four executive suites that have larger lounges and verandahs (120sqm).

There are two restaurants at the resort: the La Feuille d’Or Restaurant has sensational wrap-around sea-views and lays claim to serving fine Creole and international cuisine whilst the informal Bonm Ange offers a breakfast buffet and a’la carte lunch service right on the beach. Two bars provide liquid refreshments and live entertainment is provided twice a week.

Guests are drawn to the hotel’s splendid new swimming pool for sundowner cocktails. Poolside dancing and candle-lit dinners are also organized twice a week.

The hotel has a fabulous stretch of white-sand beach with a year-round water temperature of 28°C. Water sport options include canoeing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and fly fishing. Water taxi’s motor guests to nearby beaches as well as the islands of La Digue, Curieuse and Saint Pierre.

Rent a bike, car or take the bus to explore Praslin island. The Vallee de Mai National Park has various nature trails and the Coco de Mer, a distinctive-shaped nut is found in the park’s prehistoric vegetation. Anse Volbert or Cote d’Or are particularly beautiful and there are many places on Praslin where you can enjoy an entire beach to yourself. There is a casino 10 minutes drive from the hotel and Cote d’Or has a growing number of boutique restaurants.
