The 93 rooms from Luxury guest rooms, ranging from 900 to more than 7,500 square feet, to Penthouse suites & all with ocean views. Drawing inspiration from flavour profiles of the world, CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa offers the true gastronomic journey. Executive Chef Daniel Le Guénan and his culinary team have combined their talents to create menus maximising the best of their global experience, while including local flavours and the freshest ingredients from the CuisinArt hydroponic farm. Innovative cuisine is presented in a variety of venues including some newest additions: Tokyo Bay, Anguilla’s first authentic Japanese restaurant, and Italia at the Clubhouse, featuring classic Italian cuisine in a stunning setting.

Unprecedented in the Caribbean, or any other resort known to date, the CuisinArt features a comprehensive hydroponic farm on the property. Vegetables currently harvested include tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli rabe, bok choy, arugula, watercress, green onions and string beans. Herbs grown at the Resort include parsley, basil, chives, dill, chervil, thyme, sage, mint oregano and sweet marjoram.
