The Makuti Restaurant enjoys magnificent views and is the main dining setting serving breakfast and dinner. Dinners are themed with cyclic menus with 10 different themes including Indian, Italian, Swahili, a BBQ and a Gala Dinner night. Besides a resident band, each themed evening has its own after-dinner entertainment, ranging from Swahili dancers to live performances by a variety of local Zanzibarian bands. The Bahari Grill serves excellent sea food and steaks and is a specialist restaurant that offers an exclusive dining experience. The Pool Bar is located by the swimming pool and serves a full range of drinks including specialised coffees, whilst the Beach Bar and Restaurant is a fabulous place for guests to sip cold drinks or have a meal of seafood specialties, pizza as well as other light fare - all served in an informal toes-in-the-sand setting with the ocean right in front!
