SOUTH AFRICA - This is a destination with a wealth of world-class golf courses including 3 Royal courses and in excess of 100 other championship standard courses scattered between its borders. Itineraries can be devised that take you around the country incorporating many different styles of courses and there are even courses in game-rich areas where you sometimes share the green with zebras, baboons or antelope (it has actually been known for lions to take down prey on a green so rangers and wardens are constantly patrolling the course and if any dangerous species are found the course is quickly evacuated!!). Whatever standard of golfer you may be, and no matter to what degree you want golf to play a part of your holiday, South Africa is a destination that offers superb facilities at very competitive prices.

KENYA - Golf is a fast growing sport in Kenya and was first introduced to the country by the early European settlers in the early 1900's, who left behind a legacy of beautiful and distinctive courses. The country now has in excess of 30 very attractive, challenging and alluring golf courses scattered around the most beautiful regions of the country, with a number of new courses presently under construction or at the planning stages.
The courses are situated in the prettiest areas of the country, amongst many of Kenya’s biggest diversions and attractions, with more than half of them near National Parks or Reserves. Not only is the climate excellent but in Kenya you can also play golf one day in the Great Rift Valley with one of the worlds greatest mountains as a backdrop, the next you could be playing in an area teeming with wildlife and the next on a course stretching along the beautiful sun-baked beaches of the warm Indian Ocean!

MAURITIUS - The tropical island of Mauritius is dotted with sophisticated resort hotels, which set standards the world over. But there is more to the island than just self-contained resorts, dazzling white sand beaches and blue seas. Today the island is also home to a number of excellent and picturesque golf courses, including some world-class offerings providing a challenge for golfers of all levels. The island now has eight 18-hole courses, including the Ernie Els designed Anahita, the Hugh Baiocchi designed Legends course and the Peter Allis designed Links course, both at Belle Mare Plage, and five 9-hole courses so there are plenty of options to satisfy even the most fervent golfer.

BARBADOS - A good climate and sunshine year-round makes Barbados an ideal location for golf and the perfect holiday spot for golfers (as well as non-golfers of course!). The island has a number of excellent courses with the most notable being Barbados Golf Club, Rockley Golf Club, Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane. There are also a number of other courses being developed. There is something for everyone as Barbados golf courses appeal to the recreational golfer and the more serious!

Great courses also exist on other Caribbean islands, most notably Jamaica, which has 10 courses on the island. Antigua has two 18-hole courses with St Lucia having just one 18-hole course and one 9-hole course.
