Day 1: London Heathrow to Johannesburg International Airport;

Proceed to the British Airways Check-in Desks at London Heathrow Terminal 3, to arrive no later than 3-hours before your flight departs. Departing on the scheduled British Airways flight to Johannesburg International Airport, flying overnight. Relax and enjoy the flight and the in-flight hospitality and entertainment available on board.

Day 2: Johannesburg International Airport to Pumulani Lodge (via Blantyre Airport);

Arrive into Johannesburg International Airport, after clearing customs and immigration formalities, you will catch a connecting flight over to Blantyre Airport. Once you arrive into Blantyre; you will have a 3-hour and 10-minute transfer by road to get over to Pumulani Lodge.

From the stunning shores of the Nankumba Peninsula, gaze upon what romantics call “the lake of the stars”, as you savour fine dining or relax on a deck drenched in moonlight. This luxury exclusive beach lodge on the shores of Lake Malawi is where high standards and friendly service are guaranteed.

Day 3-5: Pumulani Lodge;

During your stay at Pumulani Lodge, there are many different activities that you can include into your itinerary, these include; sunset and breakfast cruises on a traditional dhow, speed boating, snorkelling, guided walks, cycling, guided village tours and star gazing are all available.

Day 6: Pumulani Lodge to Mkulumadzi;

After breakfast at Pumulani Lodge, you will be collected and transferred to Mkulumadzi Resort in the Majete Wildlife Reserve.

In the south of Malawi, surrounded by 7,000-heactares of private concession within Majete, Mkulumadzi enjoys an idyllic location at the confluence of two rivers shaded by giant lead-wood trees. It is the perfect combination of splendid isolation and first-class facilities.

Day 7-8: Mkulumadzi;

During your stay at Mkulumadzi there are many different activities that you can include into your itinerary, these include; morning, afternoon, evening and night game drives, guided walks, boating safaris, cultural experiences and viewing hides are all available.

Day 9: Mkulumadzi to Kaya Mawa;

After breakfast at Mkulumadzi, you will be collected and transferred to Kaya Mawa.

Day 10-13: Kaya Mawa;

During your stay at Kaya Mawa, there are many activities that you can include into your itinerary, these include; scuba diving, snorkelling, guided walks, quad biking, mountain biking, kite surfing, kayaking, water-skiing and fishing are all available.

Day 14: Kaya Mawa to London Heathrow (via Johannesburg);

After breakfast at Kaya Mawa, you will be collected and fly out from Likoma Island to Lilongwe for your connecting flight Johannesburg. On arrival to Johannesburg International Airport, proceed to the British Airways Check-in Desks, to arrive no later than 3-hours before your flight departs. Departing on the scheduled British Airways flight to London Heathrow, flying overnight. Relax and enjoy the flight and the in-flight hospitality and entertainment available on board.
