PRASLIN, SEYCHELLES – DELUXE
La Reserve is located on the secluded Anse Petite Cour Bay on the beautiful island of Praslin, just a 45 minute transfer away from Mahe. The hotel has a wonderful setting within the bay, home of a stunning beach with white sand, granite boulders at each end and extraordinary views of Curieuse Island in the distance.
The hotel is very welcoming and has a very Seychellois feel to it, the 40 hotel rooms are each decorated to give a colonial feel to help the guests relax and feel comfortable in their own spacious rooms. With the resort having its own exclusive beach that is protected by a coral reef it provides gentle waters for guest to plunge into with a touch of snorkelling for the more adventurous.
There are 3 room types all together. 32 Beachfront deluxe villas, these are all sea facing and have air conditioning and ceiling fans for the hot summer days. You can also relax on the terrace with your deck chairs while looking out into the stunning views of the Indian Ocean. There are also 4 Colonial Superior Villas and 4 Beach Front Family Suites which both have similar aspects. They both have air conditioning and a ceiling fan for when temperatures get hot, they also having a relaxing terrace with a deckchair. Both bathrooms only have a shower, toilet and Bidet. The only difference is that the Family suite is larger and has a lounge with sofa armchairs, and a beach front view and the Colonial Superior Villas have an Ocean View.
For dinners there are 2 restaurants to choose from; the L’Obrizan Restaurant which is located over the Anse Petite Cour Reef. The chef can produce delectable dishes from freshly caught fish along with some international dishes. There is also the William Bar and Pool grill where you can also tuck into fresh fish, as well as grilled meat or a salad this is available for dinner and lunch located next to one of the largest swimming pools in within Seychelles. This is available for all guests when visiting La Reserve; you can relax around the pool with a cocktail in hand from the pool bar.
As well as all of this, La Reserve is also home to some amazing activities which you can enjoy while on your break. For example, Cultural Events, Seychelles derives from three continents (Africa, Asia and Europe) these are influenced through the dances and music the hotel provides. Snorkelling and Kayaking is popular at the hotel as it provides the equipment to guests free of charge, this is an amazing experience due to the coral reef that surrounds the bay making the experience spectacular.
