Alfajiri villas overlooks the Indian Ocean, the villas are elevated which gives guests the privacy and also the stunning views of the ocean. The service for the guests is on demand, giving them what they want, how they want it and what works best for them. Alfajiri is an all inclusive resort.
There are four bedrooms at Alfajiri, two with air-conditioning and two with fans, all rooms have different interior designs, with the furniture and artefacts collected from different countries around the world to give all the rooms a global feel. At Alfajiri there are some activities included into the price, these include; snorkelling, massages, a visit to the community orphanage and visits to the local villages. Guests can pay extra for other activities within the resort, these include; diving and diving courses, deep sea fishing, kite surfing and kite courses, Dhow excursions, golf, quad biking and day safaris are all available for guests staying within Alfajiri.
The resorts is supplied with fresh seafood which is brought on a daily basis on order from the local beach, including some of the best shellfish, including; yellow-fin tuna, Dorado and snapper. The resorts menus are Mediterranean inspired, with salads and fresh vegetables coming to the resort daily from local farms, where the fruits have been handpicked from the trees and bushes. The chefs working within the resort will create a personalised daily menu for guests, to meet their preferences and dietary requirements. The chef’s personalised menus are rounded off with good quality South African and South American wines.
Alfajiri is located 1 hour from Mombasa Airport where guests will fly into from Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport; guests can also fly directly from England to Mombasa (however flights are limited). Alfajiri provides a transfer service from Mombasa Airport; guests are required to provide the hotel with their flight details and a rough estimated arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance to their arrival.
